WELA is pleased to announce that our Fall CLE will take place on October 28, 2011, at the Shilshole Bay Beach Club in Seattle. Our program is titled "What You Don't Know: Thinking Outside the Box in Employment Law," and will focus on issues, forums and proceedings outside of standard litigation practice. Our featured speaker will be William R. Tamayo, Regional Attorney for the San Francisco District Office of the EEOC, who will speak about partnering with the EEOC to represent the low-wage worker. The seminar will also feature a detailed analysis of the recent decision of the Washington Supreme Court in Cudney v. ALSCO, Inc., by Jeff Needle and Mike Subit.
